Returns and Claims Policy
At Bulbul, we want to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Here’s what you need to know about returns, claims, and shipping issues:
Claims for Misprinted, Damaged, or Defective Items

If you receive a misprinted, damaged, or defective item, please submit a claim within 30 days of receiving the product.

For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

Claims that are determined to be our error will be covered at our expense.
Noticing an Issue?
If you notice any problems with your order, please submit a problem report, and we’ll resolve it promptly.
Returns

Default Return Address: Returns are sent to the Printful facility by default. You’ll receive an automated email notification when a returned shipment is received.

Unclaimed Returns: Items that remain unclaimed for 30 days will be donated to charity.

If you use an address other than Printful’s facility for returns, you will be responsible for any returned shipments.
Incorrect or Insufficient Address

If the provided shipping address is incorrect, the shipment will be returned to our facility.

Reshipment costs will apply once an updated address is confirmed.
Unclaimed Shipments

Unclaimed shipments are returned to our facility. You will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
Returns for Sealed Goods

For health and hygiene reasons, sealed goods such as face masks are non-returnable. Returned face masks will be disposed of.
Customer Returns

Customers should contact us before returning any product.

Buyer’s Remorse: We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse. Returns and size exchanges are at your discretion and expense.

Size Exchanges: If you choose to offer size exchanges, you will need to place a new order for the replacement item.
EU Consumers
Under Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or personalized items.

Sealed goods unsealed after delivery and unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons.
